I love being an actor, but as an actor, I found my career “path” was not a pathway at all, but more like a steep climb up a cliff face where I was constantly seeking places to put my hands and feet.  If I had waited for just one thing, I'd have waited forever.   So like many career actors, I found my way to other positions in the industry that afforded me more opportunities to create and collaborate.

I have worked in many aspects of film professionally: assistant director, writer, story consultant, and producer.  I find a different voice and means for creative expression depending on my role.  I have taken great pleasure in being part of the infrastructure that can support a great vision,  as well as writing and creating my own projects.
